WARRANTY
QUARTZair warrants that for a period of one year from purchase date, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with the Product. In the event of a defect, contact QUARTZair at customercare@surgicallycleanair.com for return instructions. Warranty services are available only in countries where the Products are sold directly by QUARTZair or an authorized QUARTZair reseller. Shipping charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. QUARTZair’s sole obligation under this warranty will be at its option to repair or replace the Product and the replaced product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacement products may contain new or refurbished parts. This warranty does not apply to Products damaged by misuse, accident, electrical disturbance or normal wear and tear. The Product is not designed for or warranted against damage from use in areas subject to extreme temperature, excessive moisture, or other inherently hazardous environments. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, QUARTZair DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
What if I do not have the original shipping carton?
If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $15 USD + cost of shipping it to you. If you are interested in this service please contact our Customer Support team.

QUARTZair.com 15 Day Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from QUARTZair.com you have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund provided the product has not been used and the master carton has not been opened. If the master carton has been opened then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will exclude shipping charges. You may return any physical product purchased on QUARTZair.com in accordance with the terms below. To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges. You also assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to QUARTZair.
If you return a product to QUARTZair without a return authorization from QUARTZair or without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase not in good condition (meaning broken or damaged), QUARTZair retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
When we receive the device at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase.

- You must return the product to QUARTZair.com in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- Product must be returned in original packaging - see FAQ below if you have already disposed of your packaging.
